If you have lost or damaged your card you can request a replacement by coming into the store and speaking to a staff member.

Paying the joining fee of £12 is deemed to be you accepting our terms and conditions.
Terms and conditions
Membership of the Select Club entitles you to 10% discount off everything* you buy from Fairgardens Plant Centre Limited trading as Jacks Patch Garden Centre Garden and online at Jackspatchgc.co.uk, for 12 months from the date of you joining.
* Limited exclusions apply: Deliveries, Gift vouchers, Restaurant & Cafe along with Sale items which already have a 50% or more reduction in price and Event bookings.
Not valid in on site commercial tenants.
10% off is only applicable to purchases (subject to the above exceptions) and does not include a deduction of 10% against any delivery charges, event bookings, against Select Club membership renewal fees or against a purchase of a subsequent membership for yourself or any third party.
At any of our Select Club shopping events, any discount increases include your standard 10% and is automatically increased at the till instore and at checkout online.
Only one membership will be allowed per person. We reserve the right to refuse, merge or close additional accounts at any time.
Select Club membership, new or renewal from 29th August 2022 will include the following benefits:

The Jack’s Patch Select Card (“the Card”) cannot be used in conjunction with any other discount card or money off voucher. The Card cannot be used in conjunction with any commercial Tenant or franchise located within our Garden Centres or any commercial Tenant or franchise products purchased online.
In addition, the Card cannot be used against any purchase made of products from a third party’s website where a link to those products / or that third party’s website is located on our website Jackspatchgc.co.uk.
Free gifts given to Select Club Members by Fairgardens Plant Centre Ltd T/A Jack’s Patch Garden Centre are not a statutory benefit. We reserve the right to decline any request for free gifts.
You will receive your membership card on paying the joining fee. This must be signed on receipt and is not transferable. The authorised signatory may only use the membership card. The membership card is not a credit, debit, or cheque guarantee card. Any Customer purchasing membership agree to provide their personal information for registration to the Select membership club.
Your information will be used in line with our privacy policy.
Any Online membership purchase does require you to give your email address that will be used for marketing purposes in line with our privacy policy. Should you not wish to provide an email please contact our customer services team who will organise this for you or visit our garden centre to use the paper-based application form in-store.
Discount will only be given by presenting your membership card for scanning to access your account and in the case of online purchases from jackspatchgc.co.uk by entering your membership number from your card which will link to your membership card. Your membership card / number must be presented before ordering / purchasing any goods whether in the Garden Centre or online.
Please be aware that any online purchase of renewal can take 48 hours to be available instore and vice versa. Membership cards stored on mobile devices cannot be accepted.
Membership is valid for 12 months from the date of joining. Membership can be renewed for a further 12 months by payment of the annual fee. Membership cards are not routinely replaced on renewal of membership.
Fairgardens Plant Centre Limited Trading as Jack’s Patch Garden Centre reserve the right to change / withdraw rewards and terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
Lost Card
If your Select Club Card is lost or stolen, please notify us by phone or email.
We will cancel your Card upon notification.
A replacement card can be provided in store, there is a charge of £3.00 for replacement of a lost card.
We do not replace Free Hot Drinks Cards if lost or stolen as these represent a free benefit.
Change of Details
Please keep us informed of any changes of address or email address.
